EXTON is an outrageously pretty village in the Meon Valley.
The main road by-passes the village itself making it a delightful place to rest awhile - especially if the Shoe Inn is open.
Sitting in their garden besides the river whilst you decide what to have for your evening meal is one of the great delights of a footprints holiday.
